Peter Damm
Studio Founder / CEO

Peter brings over a decade of experience in building, investing in, and acquiring technology companies. He has founded four ventures, been part of one successful exit, and completed four acquisitions. His expertise spans B2B SaaS, M&A execution, and strategic partnerships. He also serves on the board of a startup working at the intersection of drone tech, AI, and sensor fusion. At Meta Frontier, he channels this operational track record into a new venture model powered by autonomous agents like our next project to be launched soon.

Mats Pagels
Bifrost Strategy

Mats is part of the Bifrost ecosystem, bringing deep venture building and prototyping expertise to the Meta Frontier Studio team. He has been working in startups and venture building for several years, with a focus on MVP execution, brand development, and zero-to-one product launches. Joining Meta Frontier during its liftoff phase, Mats is building alongside Peter to explore new venture models powered by autonomous agents.
